Acknowledgements of receipt of proposals
We have received many requests from Applicants asking to confirm the receipt of their proposals. Please be assured that every Applicant will be contacted as stated in the Guidelines in Chapter 2.3 where it says on page 25:
“Following the opening session and the administrative check, the ACP Secretariat will send an ‘Acknowledgement of receipt’ to all Applicants, indicating whether their application was submitted prior to the deadline, informing them of the reference number they have been allocated, whether they have satisfied all the criteria mentioned in the Checklist and whether their Concept Note has been recommended for evaluation (Step 2).”
Until this first evaluation step is concluded, so the ACP Secretariat can send out these ‘Acknowledgements of receipt’ to all Applicants, may we please ask you for some patience.
